The SSIP Learning Collaborative was formed to insure that participating districts are informed and supported through the SSIP process and requirements. The collaborative consists of the SSIP districts’ leadership teams and their Liaisons, NH DOE SSIP Coordinator and consultants as well as state and national consultants. The goals of the Collaborative are to:
- Identify issues and opportunities in improving the social-emotional outcomes for preschool children with disabilities;
- Engage in professional learning and growth in the implementation of evidence-based practices to promote achievement of the State’s SiMR (State-identified Measurable Result): preschool children with disabilities substantially increase their rate of growth in the area of improved social emotional skills.
- Offer collegial support in the implementation of the State’s SSIP.
The Collaborative meets about three times each year. Meeting notes, handouts and other associated documents are posted below.
